Refund & Exchange Policy

01. Returns

Only applicable for overseas customers, not for local customers. (Singaporeans)


Our policy lasts for ONLY 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchased item, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for the return policy, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

1) Gift cards

2) Offer/ sales item

(To complete your return, we will require a receipt or a proof of purchase)


In certain cases, we are only able to offer you a partial refund :

1) If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to errors on our side.

2) Any item that is returned more than 3 days after the delivery

02. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you failed to receive a refund within a certain amount of days, please check your bank account first before you proceed with the next steps.


Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the amount is refunded.


Next contact your bank, there is often a processing time before you see the amount in your account.

Offer/ Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items strictly can’t be refunded.

03. Exchanges

All items have been quality checked at time of delivery, therefore, no exchange is allowed unless the item is discovered to be other than of A-Grade jadeite. The item must be certified by a reputable gemologist institute.

04. Shipping

To return your purchased item, mail the item to the following address. (Check with us for address)


You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
